My name is Nicki and I started this company to help empower kids and adolescents to take responsibility for their lives.  I offer tools and strategies to overcome their daily struggles with executive function.  

I am a licensed Special Education teacher, certified in Ohio.  I have worked with a variety of school-age children helping them to overcome the many different challenges they face.

Most students have not been explicitly taught the necessary skills to strengthen their individual executive functions which is why so many experience daily struggles.  Children are trying hard to manage an extensive amount of daily tasks and full schedules. 

I am experienced in working with students who have exceptional needs with varying abilities, strengths and areas for growth.   We all learn differently and at our own stage in life. I welcome the opportunity to support your child in overcoming challenges, reducing anxiety and frustration, attaining goals and building lasting self-confidence.
